So much to be amused about here...OK, maybe slashing their tires wasn't the BEST approach, but I do love nearly the whole town refusing to repair the van. I am further amused that apparently the WBC gang are so inbred-stupid none of them knows how to change a tire :)

The Monster Lives!

AAA came over again to jump the van so I could take it to a garage. Turned out to be the same guy who put in the battery last fall. He tested the battery 10 ways from Sunday and decided there was nothing wrong with the alternator, starter, battery cables, etc. He believed the battery was so drained it couldn't keep a charge anymore. He put in another new battery to see if things would change. Suddenly the van was fine. So the problem was the battery, all along, and now the problem appears resolved. Geez, I hope so!
