Wrecked the Shoulder Again

In the 'dumb ways to injure my shoulder' series, the next entry: I had a routine doctor's visit, he asked to take my blood pressure, I lifted my arm so he could put the cuff on and pow. The tendon caught on a bone and eee-YOWch. I give up.
