In Follow Up...

Finally talked to the claims adjuster this afternoon - seems the little twerp, after all this, denied fault. So the adjuster had to track down the two witnesses, not getting the second one until today. Of course both witnesses backed up my version of events, so once the paperwork is finished the claim will be approved tomorrow morning.

In the meantime, my poor car remains at the body shop and I remain driving the van, which is doing my shoulders no good at all. Gack.

I'm glad things worked out in the end, even if the jerks denied fault. You are so lucky to have those witnesses!

Very thankful indeed for the witnesses...but still haven't heard from the insurance company today about work on the car or a rental. And I picked up a stomach virus from my mother. I hate this week.
