Wait, Wait! I'll Be There!

If you're a regular reader here you already know I'm pretty well obsessed with NPR's www.npr.org/programs/wait-wait-dont-tell-me/
radio program. Well, I'm going to see them record the show live. They're doing a show at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in April and as Mom's just as obsessed with the program, she offered to pay. (Good thing - $50 a ticket(!)) We will be parked in the tier above the stage and ready to swoon over Peter Segal and Carl Kassel. Man, I need a life...

PS Why the heck is it that when I'm home to listen to the show, it's either a best of or pledge drive time?

You know you can go on their website and listen to the previous episodes going years back, don't you? I'd love to see them live sometime, but I was on the show and I did win :)

Awww, lucky you! I want to go see them in Chicago if I ever get out that way :D I just finished listening to the show on the way home from my parents' house today.

Hilarious stuff. Have a great time!

Oh yes, in fact I subscribe to the podcast and eventually I hear most eps. But it does upset the Saturday AM routine if the show's not on!

I wonder who they'll have for 'Not My Job', considering they've already had Mike Rowe, John Waters and Cal Ripken.
