The Mortgage Mess
In case anyone wondered what I do during my day job, the answer is: clean up the messes made by the people in this article. Well, OK, not that particular bank, but a couple of other banks that weren't much pickier about who they'd loan to. The FDIC gets to clean up the mess, and they're a bit overworked, so the cleanup is contracted out to firms like ours. Fun times, not.
