30 Hour Days Would Be Nice

Still sore from my slip'n'fall, very sleepy, but mostly stressed over how much art & crafts I have to get done before my shows start and how little time I have to do it. I am taking a day off, but that's for a doctor's appointment and renewing my drivers license and pre-show assessment. (The last means going through the van, the basement and the bedroom to make sure I have everything I need and I know where it is. Hasn't been done in 10 months. Meep.) And re-packing my inventory to account for everything I'm making, because I need to know where that stuff is, too. So naturally, the old Roots Cafe gang has decided to reunite for a barbeque this weekend; it's gaming weekend at BSFS; and my brother and his wife just returned from a trip to France & Italy and they want the family over Sunday to see their photos. I need to be social, I want to be social; I don't have TIME to be social.

Unless I take more vacation time...I hate doing that...

Saw the Disputed Play

From last night's Angels/Yankees game. And you know what? I've seen it before. ( In fact, I posted about it a couple months ago. )

The only difference being my game was a fly ball and this one was a grounder. But here's the thing: the double A umps called the play right. The major league umps? Blew it. Great.

I hate the Yankees.
