Fonts and Colors, Oh My!

Sometime in the next day or so, the firm is changing its name. And the bosses think we might as well change everything else while they're at. Therefore, I have been given free rein to create a variety of new letterhead and business card designs.

This is my idea of what to do at work all day - pick and choose colors, fonts, layouts and lines. (We have no logo.) Aah, creative bliss...

Pleasantly Surprised

I ordered the netbook last Wednesday. Amazon said it would be delivered on the 11th. Their site showed this afternoon that it had only just arrived in Maryland. I come home and...the netbook is on the dining room table. Sweet. Hopefully the other items will also show up in the next day or two so I can get cracking on loading software and setting up. Hopefully finding a way to get a wireless connection at home without fighting with a router, if that's possible.

For now, though, the initial battery charge. Yippee.
