I'm Finished

Not finished shovelling, mind you; I went out the front instead of the side, and managed to dig to Mom's car. That's it. And I'm exhausted and hurting in a major kind of way, so that's it. I can do no more. The cars and the driveway remain thoroughly covered. I am thoroughly shamed, because my 80 year old next-door neighbor with two artificial knees did her whole driveway (she has a carport, so the steps and car don't have to be cleaned.) But I can't move my arms anymore so I'm done.

Seriously, I did take the Saints, although by not nearly that many points. After all the crap the Ravens took for letting Matt Stover go, he misses the FG in the Superbowl. From the distance the Ravens felt he couldn't make any more, but the Colts thought he could. Well. Loved that interception-TD, that was a thing of beauty. Payton gets credit for cajones - going for it on 4th, onside kick, 2 pt conversion and then challenge it. He does have brass ones. Congratulations to Brees, who I'm sure will have a good cry after the game (his mother committed suicide during training camp). And Baby Brees is just adorable.

Time for bed, not that I'm going anywhere tomorrow...
