OK, Now I'm Disturbed

I didn't get a chance to watch last week's Supernatural before I went to Farpoint, and I went to the panel for the show anyway, spoilers be damned. As it turned out, the spoilers were helpful. Those who had seen it were in agreement that 1) one should not eat while watching it, and not in the spit-it-out-laughing way; 2) hands over eyes were necessary; and 3) it's really gross. Thus forewarned, I watched it last night having not eaten in some time, and prepared to look away. And I still became very, very disturbed by one visual. Not the 'eating each other' business. The cook who wanted the french fries so badly he grabbed them out of the boiling oil business. That profoundly upset me. (Possibly issues with early Spooks episode, or maybe just having worked at Burger King.) *shudder*

Castiel completely countered every gross part of that episode though.
