It's Finally Over...I Think

Finally, finally, finally...got the plates last night. And the guy then has the gall to ask if I'm selling my van. Fortunately, I already knew how to send him packing - 'Oh, the van doesn't have AC' and poof, he disappears. Took the plates back to the MVA this morning and naturally, I became a teaching moment. I got the trainee. Who screwed up my return four different ways and the trainer only caught 3, I caught the last one, the mistake that would have cost me $90 if I hadn't caught it. Phew. Later today I'll cancel the insurance and then, hopefully, the saga of the Altima will be over.

I finished watching Day Break last night. Wowza. What an awesome, wonderful show. And my mother now has a crush on Taye Diggs ;)  So many thoughts, esp. on that final scene...wonder if any forums/boards still exist for the show?

Oh good! I'm so glad to hear you finally got the plates! Yes, definitely don't sell anything to else to that guy! Yikes.

Also: DAY BREAK!!! I have so much love for that show!

Day Break so thoroughly rocks. And I'm unbelievably glad they finally put it out on DVD so I could see the rest of it. Someone should vid it :)

And the Altima saga is over - off the insurance and officially not mine now. Phew!
