I'm playing a game of Puerto Rico right now. Myself (in the USA); a guy in Brazil; a guy in South Africa; and a guy/gal in Singapore. Could we possibly be any more farflung and/or diverse? I don't think so.
I have never really "got" computer gaming. Aside from playing Mario and Luigi with my sons 20 years ago, computer games just are not on my radar. Recently I have noticed that many of my Internet friends use their puters primarily for Gaming (worldwide) and it is actually much "bigger" than I ever thought. I dunno why I am so ignorant of Gaming. My "Toy Soldier" background and love of "fantasy" would seem to make me a natural. Or maybe I just prefer Toy Soldiers as my role play experience.
