One Down, One To Go

gonzaiMy supervisor had more surgery yesterday, which apparently went well (she called this morning) but she'll be out for two weeks. So that's one down. But...
My mother will be having surgery for carpal tunnel tomorrow - I specifically told her I was unavailable for her while Molly is out and gave her the relevant dates I wouldn't be available, so she scheduled her surgery for one of the dates I'm not available, so I have to take off work on a day when I'm not allowed to take off work, the boss is teed off at me over this and I'm not amused about it either. So tomorrow I spend the day at the hospital. Yay.
