Children of Earth 2 & 3

Watched both last night, to the detriment of my sleep patterns. Now is not the time for sleep deprivation. Anyhoo...
Alice is indeed Jack's biological daughter and Steven his grandson. Alice's mother hid her from Jack. Wonder how he eventually found her.
Smart that, the estate folks ganging up on the snoops. Bet those fellows won't be signing up for any 'simple surveillance' gigs in the near future.
Where the heck did Ianto find a great coat?
How/when did Gwen/Rhys catch up to Ianto to formulate their little great escape?
Does speaking make the 456 barf?
"That one's queer." "OI!" Hee hee.
These folks go back and forth between London & Cardiff like the NCIS guys go between Washington & Norfolk. It's not a 10 minute hop people, it's hours. You're driving me nuts.
Interesting that Frobisher tells Jack he knows Jack isn't the kind of person who would hurt the wife and children. From what we've seen of Jack through the years, hell yes he would if he felt it was genuinely necessary. Jack may require a more significant amount of urgency to kidnap/kill/etc, but if it needs to be done he will harm innocents. And as we see, he did just that in 1965.
Speaking of, my prediction: the 456 came back because in 1965, they were promised 12 children. They received 11 (Clem escaped.) They think the earth folks are untrustworthy and hence they've upped their demands. Clem will volunteer to go with the 456, to reset the balance and save the children.
Ridiculous the lengths the government is going to to avoid some embarrassment over a 40 year old mistake. Eesh.
ETA - Why oh why does this have to be on the week before Shore Leave? Not sure I can see pt 4 and pt 5 - it'll be at least Monday. Nerds.
