Scarce a creature was stirring, already. A lot of businesses normally open until later on Saturdays closed early today. Lot of events cancelled. There's usually 10-15 per minute on my street, but there's been 1 in the last 5 minutes. I hear almost nothing from the Beltway. Come 8pm, this will be an utter ghost town.
