Another Weekend Down

And another weekend I was going to go to a ballgame and didn't. Backed out of Bowie this time, the weather wasn't amenable Saturday and Sunday I just didn't feel like it. Took the car to the car wash instead, where it didn't get cleaned at all (externally, I vacuumed the interior and that's decent now.) I'm going to have to get the sap and bird poop professionally cleaned off. Yay.

Also took care of Mom all weekend, driving her to this store and that library and to dinner, then teaching her how to use the DVD player all weekend. I made her write it down, but nobody hold their breath on this one. We pretty much mainlined 'Freaks & Geeks' all weekend, 11 eps worth. Last one tonight. Sigh. I'll comment on F&G after watching the last one.
