The Right Guy Unretired

Hooray, hooray, the Ravens' WR Derrick Mason changed his mind and unretired yesterday. I'm neither surprised nor was I really worried - Steve McNair was one of Mason's best friends and Mason 'retired' right after McNair's funeral. I can fully understand how, after a year of injuries and being 35 years old to start with, burying one of your best buds would produce a major case of 'I don't want to do this anymore.' A few weeks off, a couple days of seeing training camps open for business, and the 'maybe I can do one more year' thought kicks in. I don't really blame him for either mood.

But I sure am glad he's back!

...presently holds the following: Tom Lehrer, the Boston Pops, the Grateful Dead, Modest Mouse, Mavis Staples and Miles Davis. I'm not sure I could I get a more diverse selection in there if I tried.
