Woman arrested at BWI with 2 1/2 pounds of cocaine in bra
A 35-year-old woman who arrived at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport from Jamaica late Monday was arrested by customs agents early Tuesday after they found more than 2 1/2 pounds of cocaine concealed in her bra. Authorities said the woman, who lives in Washington, had divided the cocaine into two packages designed to blend in with the material of her bra. She arrived at BWI about 11 p.m. and was arrested about 1:45 a.m., authorities said. The woman and cocaine were turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

RIP Ted Kennedy

And the year of death marches on, claiming yet another in its wake. Sigh. I've never felt either the vitriol nor the enthusiasm for the Kennedys that most seem to have, but he did accomplish a lot in the Senate over the years and we should thank him for that.

I was mostly aware of Dominick due to being a huge fan of his son Griffin (American Werewolf, anyone?), but I also read his work dealing with the murder of his daughter. Powerful stuff. A great writer, gone.
