Yes, Ms. Nicole has been busy. The schools are closing early and a lot of the roads are shut down, including the two main intersections by the office. Creative rerouting ensues. Oh, except the roads you're rerouted to? One of them has a storm drain so overloaded it's pushed the manhole cover off itself and is spouting a couple feet high. And that was at 9am, probably worse now.
