I Need An Energy Transplant

I've felt totally drained the last several days. Didn't get a lot of sleep last weekend, but I've gotten plenty since, so I suspect it's trying to fight off the cold that's doing it. A big heap o' drama regarding a Christmas tree and fighting my way through Christmas shoppers today didn't help at all. Now comes the big question - do I go to the boss' 50th birthday party tonight? I'm tired and sore, never been there before, won't know many people and I don't drink. But I said I'd be there (said it last week, not knowing how I'd been now) and it's backside smooching. Always a good thing for staying employed.
