Where's The Snow?

Apparently the storm decided to scoot just east of Baltimore, leaving us with maybe an inch of dry snow that is now blowing around uncontrollably. It's kind of like being in a sandstorm. A really cold sandstorm. So we get all of the not-fun stuff (cold, wind, poor visibility) with none of the fun stuff (snow!) Spiffy.
