State of the CJ

Cj had her annual checkup at the vet today. The vet had to open the door for me, CJ wasn't coming in and with bag of poop and checkbook also in hand, I couldn't get the door open. As per usual, she hated have her ears cleaned but was fine with the rest, including shots. And darn it, she lost weight. She was 21 pounds last year, just 18 today. I knew she was wiry but didn't think she was that lean. Vet is unconcerned as long as she doesn't get skinnier. But criminy, I'm jealous.
