Whither The Gym
Feb. 25th, 2013 09:55 pmI have not been to the gym in almost 3 months. I went barely once a week the 2 months before that. So I'm questioning whether to keep my membership. It'll cost me an arm and a leg to rejoin if I leave, but meantime it's $50 a month and I've already thrown quite a bit away on this. My ankle and knee are still bugging me and my PT thinks I should stick to walking or a recumbent bike. I walk anyway and we have a treadmill; and my back/shoulders/etc are not up to weight work, so cardio is it. I like the gym fine (maybe not so much the traffic trying to get there) and it's close to home. Decisions, decisions.
