gonzaiOK, frozen pre-packed foods are...yucky, right? Convenient, but not the greatest.
Thus I must give props to Bertolli. We picked up their 'Mushroom Lasagna Al Forno' the other day and ate it tonight. That might be the best lasagna I've ever had. I don't eat at Little Italy, but I've had quite a few lasagnas in my time and this one was awesome. I suspect we may scamper out to try the scampi version in short order...
