Homeless.

No, not a joke. Mom's health is not good and my brother is already making noises about selling the house and taking his half of the proceeds the second she dies/has to go into a home. I can't afford to pay rent on my salary and I certainly can't afford to pay him to keep living in the house, so...10-15 years from now, I will be screwed.
