What I would do, more or less in order...
1. Pay off the mortgage on my mother's house.
2. Pay off my car.
3. Contribute to my IRAs.
4. Contribute to my nephews' college funds.
5. Buy a cargo van and display stands for the art business.
6. Donate to animal rescue organizations.
7. Buy a house with a fenced yard.
8. Furnish said house.
9. Foster rescue animals.
10. There's something left? If there is, put it in savings.
