gonzaiBig thunderstorm came through last night around 4am-ish. Not only woke me, but also woke CJ, and natch, she wasn't about to let me go back to sleep. I gave up and got up at 5am. Owch. Oddly, it was lighter at 5am than it was at 7am, when it actually rained.
Saw the doctor about my shoulder. Apparently there's a rough patch on my humerus bone, which is catching itself in my shoulder and creating an impingement. But the doctor doesn't think it requires surgery, just a lot of PT. Oh, joy.
