The State of Me

Saw my orthopedist today, ostensibly for my shoulders. He's happy with how they're responding to the physical therapy. It turned into a one-stop-shop, however, when I mentioned my foot and my hand. He took a look at both and concluded the hand is tendonitis (as opposed to the arthritis which usually plagues my right hand) and the foot is plantar fascitis, which I'd already been self-treating for. Correctly, it turns out. But he's adding foot and hand exercises to my PT (oh, joy) in the hopes that all of me will be functional by October. I wish.
