The neverending car sale saga continues

Over two months after I first thought I'd sold my 98 Altima, it's still not quite sold. A fellow bought it last Thursday, but asked if he could keep the plates on it so he could drive it home, and then give them to me Saturday. OK, I said. Saturday he never answered his phone. Finally got a hold of him Sunday and he said he'd been in Virginia all day. (Then why promise to give back the plates when you know darn well you won't be around?) He said he'd give them back Monday. Then he said Thursday. Now it's after 3pm on Friday and he hasn't called or returned any messages I've left. I'm really getting aggravated now, I'm paying for the registration and insurance on a car I don't possess. The one ace I have in my hand is that he can't register the car with the MVA as long as there's a valid registration existing on the car and guess who has that? Not him. I'm hanging on to that registration for dear life until he gives me the frakking plates.
On the brighter side, I finally have DVD burning software and have burned my first DVDs. The chapter segments still aren't quite what I'd like, but the menus are otherwise fine and the burning has been a piece of cake. It better be, since ITunes won't burn CDs, so something better burn!
I'm going to try to get back on the artistic horse this weekend. While I'd rather play around with interesting mediums, I think going simple and just doing pencil sketches are the way to go for now. Probably draw a few things to get signed at Shore Leave.
