I Interrupt This Program...

What the HELL is it with people and companies that can't spell the NAME of their company or WHAT they do? We've received several letters & faxes in the last couple days from a towing and recovery service, Nationwide Lien & Recovery Service. Every single blasted one of them has spelled 'lien' as 'lein', even in their letterhead. WTF?
Meanwhile, a client who works for a collections & repossession department sent us a letter and his file notes on a new case. He spelled 'lien' as 'lean' over 20 times in these documents. This is someone who uses the word every day in his job.
The stupidity is just blinding, I swear.
