Job Training, How Not To

Just an observation.

When training new employees, it is a good idea to have one of your best workers or at least an above-average employee do the training, rather than that barely competent 'I can't believe this guy still has a job' nincompoop. While it doesn't guard against the new hire being a twit, at least there's a fighting chance they'll turn out to be competent. Whereas if the nincompoop trains them...

Any resemblance to the training practices at our largest client is strictly coincidental, BTW.
