...but Ticketmaster has incorrect Customer Service hours on their website. The website says they open at 9am, so I just called. The recording says 10am. Grrr. And the confirmation e-mail I got for the tickets says I should get them the week before the concert, but the site says I should have gotten them within two weeks of ordering - in other words, six weeks ago. I haven't used Ticketmaster for anything in 15 years. Think I'm using them again any time soon?


ETA Talked to Ticketmaster - the tickets were sent to me in October. Obviously, I didn't get them. They deactivated those tickets and a new set will be waiting at Will Call. Phew.
