Cheap Entertainment

aka CJ on hardwood floors. She's never gotten the hang of linoleum and she's ten times worse on hardwood. Hence I get to watch her slip, slide, skid and spin all over the house at high speed. For added entertainment value, the weather's been so nice we've left the back door open a few times, and each time at least one large fly has come in and not found its way back out. CJ is bound and determined to catch said flies, even when she can't stay on her feet from one second to the next. I'm having a lot of fun at her expense lately.

Bonus: this morning she was lying at the top of the stairs. I spoke to her, and in her eternal optimism she thought that meant a tummy rub was imminent, and she flipped over to give me belly. Yup. She landed about half way down the stairs. Nawt injured but her pride, but that took a serious beating!

That's 36 hours after the show aired for the first time and before they finished filming the first season. Has any show ever gotten a second season faster than that? (Haven't watched it yet, but it's recorded and waiting for me to get a chance.)
