Nothing Like a 3 Day Migraine

My head has been killing me since Wednesday and shows no sign of letting up. My hand isn't any better. Going to be a fun show tomorrow, I can tell. Well, I do have good help, but still, it would help if I were awake and alive tomorrow. Yippee.

I don't know if it'll work for you, but a friend of mine takes two ibuprophen and breathes into a hot washcloth for 5-10 minutes to help alleviate her migranes.

I hope it goes away soon. *hugs*

The ibuprofen I've tried. The hot washcloth is a new one, I'll have to look into it!
