My absolute first choice is French Toast, but pancakes are just behind them. Never been to IHOP, but Dennys will do and Bob Evan's fancy pancakes are excellent. My favorite, however, is my own pancakes, as they're one of the few things I cook and cook well. I like to whip them up with cinnamon and honey, and I play around with syrups. My favorite syrup so far is apple syrup, from the Apple House in Linden, Virginia. Now I wish I hadn't already made dinner...
