As a receptionist, I love it when I can completely stump people with questions like 'What is your name?', 'What is your number?' and 'Why are you calling?' Especially when the stumpee is an attorney. Heh.

I completely stump people with those sorts of questions too! But usually they're just kids who work at places like Wendy's, not attorneys!
