gonzaiWhy do people call offices on Christmas Eve wanting information that they 'absolutely must have today' and then get angry and upset and throw a hissy fit because the person they want to talk to is on vacation? Hello, it's late December. MOST people are on vacation. You're damn lucky someone even answered the phone.
