Weekend Roundup

gonzaiSpent it in front of the TV. OK, not entirely there - did a fair amount of cleaning in the house, cleaned out the car, worked on the computer, went to dinner with Mom, burned a kazillion DVDs and got in some Frisbee with CJ - but a lot of it was spent there. Almost entirely on NCIS - saw the last several eps of S4, S5 in its entirety, and started on S6 last night. I liked S4, which apparently puts me in a minority, but 5 was definitely better, despite the writer's strike. Much more consistent. Could have done with shorter hair for McGee, but he got a dog, so all is well. I'm a dog person. My favorite fella should have a dog.
Also saw the Dr Who Christmas Special - I'm going to hazard a guess that David Tennant hurt his back in the scene where he put the little boy on his back. Mine hurt just watching. Liked the beginning when Jackson thought he was a Doctor, and it was very sweet at the end with the Doctor bending just enough to join in Christmas dinner, but in between was rather over the top. Ok, very over the top. But it was enjoyable.
