Something In The Water?

There's an itty bitty town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland called Greensboro. I hadn't even heard of it before I started working here. But today, one of our clients sent us yet another request for legal action against a debtor living in Greensboro, and I got to wondering.
Greensboro has a population of 1,900 as of 2007. In the last 5 years, we have taken some form of legal action against 18 residents of Greensboro, for one client. So, basically, we're in legal action against 1% of the town's population for failing to make their car payments, all to the same bank. And then there's another half dozen actions for other clients. That's...crazy.
