Lost, '316'

Missed the island and its inhabitants very much. Let's face it, Hawaii is more photogenic than Los Angeles. It is. And the O6 aren't as interesting as the islanders.
Dying to know what happened to/what did Kate do with Aaron? Clearly he's no longer with her or her responsibility...the only thing I can think of is she gave Aaron to his grandmother. At least, that's the only positive thing I can think of. WHY is the big question.
Speaking of why - how did Sayid wind up there and arrested? I suspect Hurley was told to go there by a ghost, possibly Charlie's. What did Ben do to get ripped up like that? Polar bear?
Line of the night: "How can you read!" "My mother taught me." Snerk. Overlooking the fact that Ben's mother did not, in fact, teach him to read, but a great line nonetheless.
