Attempted Thoughts on Lost

It took me until this morning to get the 'loophole' reference - Jacob and Locke were talking about that first scene on the beach. My theory: 'Locke' is not Locke, but rather that first guy from the beach taking Locke's form. Which also makes me think that Jack's father and ghost Claire were not Jacob, but this other guy taking their forms. For some reason he can't become corporeal enough to kill Jacob himself, but he can do so enough to pretend to be someone else, provided the someone else is dead. It's taken him this long to manipulate someone into killing Jacob for him. In the end, master manipulator Ben is the one being manipulated.
On a related note, are Jacob and his 'pal' meant to be the black and the white? Jacob is the 'god' figure and the other guy is the 'devil' figure?
I did not expect Juliet to among the 'lost' Losties. I'd say it's pretty safe to say she's dead, however, and with no remains remaining. Glad Stan was killed - such a slimeball. I wish Radzinsky had bitten the dust but no such luck. Sayid looks like toast as well. And Locke really is dead. And that, folks, is your morbidity report.
Rose, Bernard & Vincent - aawwwww. How sweet, the Swiss Family Losties. Anyone else think Jin knows darn well they're there and has been slipping them foodstuffs?
How does Sawyer's 'uncle' manage to be part of the Dharma sub crew? What's the connection there?
OK, head hurts now.

What are you referring to here? The guy from the funeral that took his letter was on the sub?
